I am truly humbled that you are reading my profile. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for you as you make this incredibly selfless decision. Things frequently happen in life we have not planned for, and the optimal decision is usually the most difficult one to make. I commend you for considering this brave step for your child.
I believe a child can never have too much love in their life. I am in a place now where I have a lot to offer a child, and I would do everything in my power to assure your child has a life full of love and happiness. If blessed by becoming a mother, I would teach your child their opportunities are endless and with faith, hard work, determination, and perseverance, their dreams can come true. I would teach them to always make time for those they love and to appreciate the sacrifices others have made for them. I would help them understand the noble decision their birthmother made in pursuing adoption.
I am honored you would consider me as an adoptive parent for your child. I would be truly blessed if you choose me.
I learned long ago I am at my best and receive the most satisfaction in life when I am caring for others and surrounded by people I love. These are the things that motivate me in life and that led me to become a family medicine physician for an inner city clinic. I am also an assistant professor at a medical school.
I spend most of my free time with family and friends, as I find nothing more valuable. In addition to an amazing family, I am truly blessed to still be close with my best friends from kindergarten, college, and medical school. My mom is my favorite travel companion, whether riding a train to St. Louis or flying to India to visit family. I inherited a passion for photography from my grandfather — I took about 3000 photos on a recent trip to Italy! I love to bake, decorate cakes, and spend long and lazy days watching movies to relax and recuperate.
My Home & Pets
My home is in a high-rise at the end of a row of homes on a quiet tree-lined street. A playground and the beautiful riverfront are within walking distance. I live in a wonderful area that is peaceful and safe, while still having access to some of the country’s greatest schools, hospitals, museums, and parks. I have lived in the city for about 20 years, and in this building for 12. I find it to be an ideal place to raise a child, who will learn to appreciate his or her own unique traits by being surrounded by people with such diverse backgrounds.
My Extended Family
Both of my parents come from large families; my father was the oldest of ten children and my mother was the oldest of five. In the mid-1960s, my parents left their families in India and traveled halfway around the world to start a life here in the Midwest. After my grandfather passed away, most of my aunts and uncles moved with their families to join us in the United States. My parents were so happy to have their families close by again and we are all very close. To this day, we spend a great deal of time together and I consider my sisters and cousins to be some of my best friends! I do also still have family in India that I visit every few years. I feel so fortunate to have all these wonderful people ready to surround a future baby with the same love and support I received growing up.
What Led Me To Adoption
As you can see from my story and pictures, my life revolves around my family. My parents created a home filled with love, support, and acceptance. It was in that home I learned I could accomplish anything, and how wonderful it feels to share that unconditional love. At a young age, I realized I wanted to build this same foundation for a child of my own. My life took many unexpected turns, and things did not fall into place for me to become a mother…until now. Although I love my work, I feel like something is missing. I believe sharing my love with a child will fill my life with immeasurable joy and depth that I might not experience if I never have the opportunity to become a mom. I feel confident adoption is the path I’m meant to follow, and I am so excited to be starting this journey!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
