dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. We know there are no words that can fully express the weight, courage, and emotion behind the decision you're facing. But from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for your selflessness, your strength, and for allowing us to potentially be a part of yours and your child's story.
From the very beginning of our relationship, we dreamed of building a family together. We imagine a life full of bedtime stories, muddy boots on the porch, kitchen dance parties, and unconditional love—always. If you choose us, your child will grow up in a home where they are safe, cherished, and supported as they grow into exactly who they are meant to be.
We both know what it feels like to wonder if you belong, or to feel different in some way. That's why our greatest dream as parents is to raise a child who always knows their worth—who is celebrated, accepted, and surrounded by unwavering love.
Our profile offers just a glimpse into our hearts and home, and we would be honored to share more with you if you're open to it. No matter what path you choose, we are holding you and your baby in our prayers and sending you all our love and support.
With deep gratitude,
Scott & Alan

About Us
Hi! We're Alan and Scott. We met in 2019 through the dating app Hinge—thanks be to God and Hinge! We both deleted it after our first date. Scott joked that he was looking for his "Quad C"— Christian, Country Cutie with Class—and quickly realized he had found that in Alan.
We got married in 2021 on Alan's family farm, surrounded by family and friends. In 2023, we moved from the city to that same farm. We love spending time with family, being outdoors, caring for the horses, and being part of a kind, close-knit community. We still enjoy time in the city seeing friends or catching a show. We also share a love for travel and exploring new places.
Scott is a financial advisor, and Alan is a materials engineer. Our careers offer flexible schedules and work locations, which will be a gift as we grow our family.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a comfortable three-bedroom home on a horse farm nestled in the North Georgia mountains. What makes it even more special is that our neighbors are family—parents, cousins, aunts, and uncles—so impromptu cookouts, bonfires, and barn celebrations are just part of life here.
The farm and surrounding area are perfect for everyday adventures—horseback riding, hiking, fishing, or spending a sunny afternoon on the lake. Our local school district is one of the best in the state, with strong academics, sports, theatre, and extracurricular programs we look forward to supporting.
Our four-legged family members include two lovable dogs, Henry and Scout, and two horses, Apache and Captain. Watching our nieces play with them has been such a joy—and we can already tell they'll make wonderful "big brothers" to a little one.
Our Extended Family
We both come from big, close-knit families—and we genuinely love spending time with them! Living on the family farm means we see a lot of Alan's side, especially his parents. Game nights, Survivor watch parties, and family dinners are regular occurrences. Alan has two older sisters, each with two daughters, and we love being fun uncles—whether that means tackling an Escape Room, competing in Taylor Swift trivia, or watching Scott teach the girls how to drive a tractor!
Scott's family lives a bit farther away, but they remain an important part of our lives. He has an older brother who is married and has a daughter as well. Whether it's traveling to Scott's hometown for big family gatherings or meeting up in fun destinations, we always enjoy our time together.
We both grew up with annual beach trips and big holiday gatherings filled with food, laughter, and love. Today, we still celebrate summer beach vacations with Alan's family and can't wait to include our future child in that tradition. From Halloween decorating to Thanksgiving baking to festive Christmas mornings, our favorite memories are rooted in family—and we're excited to create new ones as we grow our family.
What Led Us To Adoption
From the beginning, we dreamed of building a family together. We could already picture it—kids riding horses on the farm, baking cookies in the kitchen, heading into the city for a play, or joining us on our travel adventures. When we got married, we even chose a shared last name with our future family in mind.
Adoption just feels right to us. We're proud uncles to five awesome nieces, so we've had a front-row seat to both the joys (and the chaos!) of parenting. Several of our good friends have adopted recently, which means our future child will grow up with built-in buddies who share a similar story. We can't wait to raise a child in a home full of love, laughter, belonging—and yes, muddy boots.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
