dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for your willingness to consider blessing us with a child and supporting our dream of a growing family. Though we will never fully understand your sacrifice, we know this life-changing decision is immeasurably difficult. It is one we do not take lightly, and we would raise your child lovingly in a family surrounded by laughter, support, memories, and traditions every day in dedication to the gift you have bestowed. As we write our story together and our chapters develop, we know the next part of our story could not be imagined without you.
We are teeming with love and adoration for a child who could be a part of our family—our missing piece. To say we are already immensely grateful for you is an understatement. You, your child, and your decision are what would make us whole.
Our journey to parenthood has been fortified with kindness, love, support, and encouragement from our family and friends, and that is a message and mission we carry on into our own family. Be assured that you would be setting your child up for a future of love, safety, and security in our grateful home.
We already admire you so much.

About Us
Hello, thanks for taking the time to check us out! We are Ryan and Ben in Nebraska. We met in the fall of 2016 and were quickly enamored with one another’s witty humor and love of life; we got married in 2020, and adopted our daughter in 2024. Both of us were raised in small Midwest towns and were very involved with our families and communities, which has transferred to the active lifestyle we lead now. We enjoy traveling, cooking, DIY projects/home improvement, and spending quality time with our friends, and now we get to do all of these activities with our little girl. When we aren’t out and about, we love our downtime at home with our dog, Scout, and hosting friends and family for get-togethers. For work, Ryan is an Education Director and Ben is a Chief Operating Officer. We are always up for the next adventure, and we hope our next adventure is growing our family.
Our Home & Neighborhood
We live in eastern Nebraska in a suburban setting surrounded by bike trails, a public lake, wildlife, and many playgrounds. We have access to many captivating opportunities, both indoors and outdoors, which we frequent. Our home is in a friendly and supportive neighborhood. We are minutes away from a world-renowned zoo, museums, and many locally owned restaurants, and we reside in a high-performing school district. Our goldendoodle, Scout, cannot get enough of our walking trails and backyard space and loves patrolling for bunnies and squirrels. We love taking on projects, so our home is ever evolving and becoming more and more cozy!
Our Family & Friends
Ryan’s parents, sister, brother, and sister-in-law live only a couple hours away in Iowa. He comes from a very large extended family with over twenty aunts and uncles and over thirty cousins, all of whom we are very close. Growing up with a large family and spending so many birthdays and holidays together was Ryan’s favorite part of his childhood. We still get together many times a year. It is so fun to see how our family is growing and who brought the best appetizer! No matter where we are celebrating family, it's safe to say Grandma and Grandpa are spatting on calling dibs on holding their granddaughter.
Ben’s parents live close to us in a neighboring city, and his sister, brother-in-law, and adorable nephew live in Tennessee. Most of Ben’s extended family is local to us, and we get to see them frequently. We love spending time with our nephew, seeing how he is growing and becoming brighter each day, and he loves being a cousin. Watching Nana and Papa dote over their grandkids is amazing!
We enjoy spending our free time with family on Ryan’s family acreage and at Ben’s family lake house. We have the most amazing and supportive family.
What Led Us To Adoption
We are two fun-loving, hardworking, and engaging individuals looking to share our laughter and love of life with a growing family. Both of us come from close-knit families, and they have always been our major support systems. We always knew we wanted to start a family of our own; kids were always integral to our story and a part of our dream. When we were blessed with our daughter, our lives were enhanced beyond belief, and now we yearn to grow our family so we can watch her become the best big sister ever!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
