dear expectant mother
We are Joe and Mandi, and we are so grateful that you are visiting our profile. We know this is such a difficult decision, and we believe it is one of the bravest, most loving choices a mother can make. Our hope is that as you read our story, you will see the love we share for each other, for our family, and for the children we dream of raising.
We have been married for nine years, and from the very beginning, we dreamed of having as many children as God would bless us with. In 2017, we were overjoyed to welcome our little boy, Joey. Since then, life has brought us many changes—new homes, new cities, and new opportunities, including Joe starting businesses—but we have not been able to grow our family as we had hoped. We believe adoption is the beautiful way God intends to complete our family, and we cannot wait to fill our home with even more life, love, and laughter while giving Joey the joy of becoming a big brother.
Please know that we are praying for you and your child. He or she will be cherished beyond measure by us, by Joey, and by our extended family and friends. We believe God has a great plan for your baby, and we would be deeply honored to provide a home filled with love, laughter, faith, and support.
Our Lifestyle
Our weekdays are a balance of work, school, and giving back—Joe works hard, Joey is busy at school, and Mandi can often be found volunteering or subbing right alongside him. Weekends, however, are all about fun and adventure! You’ll usually find us at amusement parks, arcades, festivals, or outdoor concerts. Joey is full of energy, and we love cheering him on in football, basketball, baseball, swimming, or even when he’s up on stage performing. Weekends also mean family time, and it’s rare that one goes by without seeing one—or both—of our extended families. When school is out and sports are on break, we make it a priority to travel. Some of our favorite destinations are Sandbridge, VA, and St. Augustine, FL, where we’ve created unforgettable memories like swimming with dolphins in Florida and jet skiing along the Virginia coast.
Our Home & Neighborhood
We live in a wonderful town in the suburbs that offers parades, parks, outdoor concerts, festivals, Joey’s school, and even a Catholic university—all just minutes from home. About 20 minutes away, there’s a larger city with a zoo, museums, AAA baseball, air shows, and more. Since we love exploring new places and going on adventures, we feel lucky that so much is close by. Our community has a true small-town feel, and we enjoy being active members by attending local events and volunteering. At home, we share life with our two Dobermans, Rambo and Zeus, who love coming along to the park, lake, or really anywhere we take them. They’re big snugglers and never pass up the chance to give kisses!
Our Family & Friends
We met online 10 years ago and quickly fell in love because we shared the same values and centered our lives around our Catholic faith, family, and friends. Both of us grew up spending Sundays at church followed by afternoons at our grandparents’ homes, which shaped the way we value family traditions today. Joe is the oldest of 10 siblings, so family gatherings are always full of the best kind of chaos—lots of games, laughter, and healthy competition. Mandi, with one younger brother, feels blessed to have a large extended family of cousins who are like siblings. We now live just six doors down from Mandi’s parents, and we are grateful to see them often. Joey especially loves his weekly sleepovers at their house and all the adventures they share together. Joey attends Catholic school here in town, and we feel blessed to be part of such an amazing community. Through school, we’ve met wonderful families and built lifelong friendships. Mandi is part of a Bible study with other school moms, while Joe enjoys coaching Joey’s school football team. We love being involved and feel incredibly supported by our church, school, and community, who encourage and pray for us through every season of life.
What We Love About Each Other
We met in our early 30s, both wondering if love had already passed us by. Deep down, though, we still dreamed of marriage and family, so we decided to give online dating one last try—and we’re so grateful we did. From the very beginning, our connection was strong, built on shared morals, values, and the dream of raising a family. Joe, with his entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic, was already running his own business, while Mandi was working in education but had always hoped to one day be a stay-at-home mom and “domestic engineer.” By our third date, we were already talking about kids—wanting as many as God would bless us with, raising them Catholic and close to family, and even considering adoption if that was part of our journey. Life has brought twists and turns we never could have predicted—infertility, losing loved ones, moving to new cities, and Joe starting a new business. Through it all, we’ve faced every challenge side by side, and it has only strengthened our marriage, our faith, and our commitment to growing our family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
