dear expectant mother
Dear Momma,
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and learn more about me. I have a lot of admiration for this process you are considering, you are so strong and brave for considering adoption.
I am looking to create a loving, caring, and supportive home for a child. My goal is to provide a stable and nurturing environment where a child can grow, learn, and feel cherished every day. I believe that maintaining a connection with you, their birth mother, and family can be an important part of a child's identity and sense of belonging, and I am open to fostering a positive and respectful relationship with you.
I am committed to offering a child the emotional support and guidance they need to thrive. I want to encourage their interests, support their dreams, and be there for them through all the ups and downs of life. Creating a home where they feel safe, valued, and loved is my top priority.
Additionally, I am looking forward to sharing my love of learning, exploring, and creating lasting memories together. Whether it’s through outdoor adventures, educational activities, or simply spending quality time together, I want to build a strong, loving bond and provide a foundation for a bright and happy future.
My Hobbies & Passions
Dodgeball is my current hobby. I play competitively in a couple leagues and at tournaments. I enjoy being active, playing with and against the best in the US (and world!) and with and against friends.
Something I do not do as often is scrapbooking and crafts, but I can see myself getting back into my creative side to capture family memories
Traveling is another passion. I enjoy exploring new places, learning more about the history and culture of a place. For the last 10 years I have started doing solo traveling. I still travel with friends and family but I love doing a solo trip to be able to explore on my own, connect with myself and rest / relax how I see fit at the time of the trip.
My Home & Neighborhood
I bought my house about 10 years ago. I enjoy the cozy feel of the house and the yard, which is perfect for relaxation. The yard has a nice deck and patio where I like to spend time in the sun during the summer. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's convenient to get into the city or head south or east to explore other parts of the state.
I love the size of my yard, it is ideal for activities like playing catch, running around, play area or setting up sprinkler or kiddie pool. I want to make the yard a safe and enjoyable place for a child to explore and have fun.
My Family & Friends
My dad lives roughly a mile away from me in one of the two childhood homes I grew up in, the other being two houses away from his current house. Since retiring, he enjoys working on cars, working on and playing his guitars, and traveling.
I visit my sister and nephew in California a few times per year. She teaches and performs aerial art, which is a lot of fun to watch! My nephew is very into Legos, Minecraft and Roblox.
I lost my mom a few years ago to illness unexpectedly. Navigating through her passing has taught me the importance of cherishing every moment and has deepened my empathy and compassion for others facing similar hardships.
I have many friends from different parts of life, I have dodgeball friends that I play with, see on a weekly basis, and travel with. I have friends I have known for 15+ years that I have worked with, grown with, been through a lot with. I am very close with a couple of my cousins who are some of my best friends. I love having such a diverse group of friends, older, younger and my age.
My Favorite Adventures
Anywhere I travel to is my favorite adventure. One of my favorite places to travel to is Maui, Hawaii. It is so beautiful, calming, relaxing and my favorite place to go.
I love roadtrips, a few years ago I did a roadtrip with my cousin from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City. We stopped at the beautiful National Parks in Utah. Seeing Zion, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands and Arches were breathtaking. That was an amazing trip that really showed me how amazing nature can be and how unique the world can be also.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
