dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We want you to know you have been on our minds and hearts constantly. We may not know you yet, but there are some things we do know about you. For one, you are brave. You are doing what it takes to give your baby the best life possible. You are compassionate and kind. You are strong, as this process is not an easy one.

If you bless us by making us parents, we will love your baby with all our hearts, and we will make them the center of our whole world. We look forward to being there on their best and worst days with compassion and love. Kennedy can’t wait to be a stay-at-home mom as cooking and taking care of a child will be her passions. We look forward to loving and accepting whoever they grow up to be. They will always have our undying love and support, no matter what!

We promise to give them all the love in the world and all the opportunities, from education to travel and experiences, that we can provide, whether private schools or multiple yearly trips to Disney, ski trips, and trips to the ocean. We love spending time at the cabin and on the sailboat. Travel is important as you can learn so much more from going somewhere than just from books. We promise to give your child a home full of love and a world full of adventure and happiness.

Thank you for considering us. We truly are grateful.

Love,
Tom and Kennedy

About Us

We met on a dating app while we were both finishing up school. We fell in love and got married in July of 2021. Kennedy is kind-hearted, bubbly, and silly. Tom is quick-witted, funny, and very honest. Tom is an orthodontist and helps make children confident in their smiles. Kennedy is a doctor of behavioral health and works with children with autism, helping to better their behavior to make their transition into school easier. We always say Tom saves smiles and Kennedy makes them. We love to travel, sample the local cuisine, learn new things, and hike. Kennedy loves to cook homemade dishes and attend cooking classes. Tom loves to sample his wife’s cooking, play soccer, and read. We both love to work out, spend time with friends and family, and play with our dog, Maizey. We love to have friends over for dinner parties and game nights, filling our house with laughter while making great memories together.

Our Home & Pets

Home is in a small, safe, and well-lit subdivision a mile from downtown in a condominium. Sidewalks lead to our charming downtown containing several great restaurants, coffee shops, an ice cream parlor, and bakeries. We have strong school and library systems. This town is family centered. There are lots of kids’ activities, and family nights occupy summer nights. There are lots of families walking their dogs and riding bikes downtown. Maizey is our three-year-old shih tzu/poodle mix. She’s only ten pounds, hypoallergenic, and super cuddly! She is great with kids and loves attention. She loves to play fetch, go for walks, and enjoys boating. She is very social and is loving to all who meet her. We know she will be the best “big sister.”

Our Extended Family

Kennedy’s parents have been married for 28 years, and her younger sister just celebrated her 20th birthday. They love going to Disney World several times a year, celebrating December 31 with a nice seafood dinner and board game night or playing cards. We also spend Christmas Eve with this side of the family. In her parents’ subdivision, they have a yearly neighborhood event where all the neighbors gather at the end of their driveways holding candles to light up the darkness and sing Christmas carols. Each year we participate in this as we walk around the neighborhood saying Merry Christmas to all the neighbors. We then wake up in the morning to Santa having come!

Tom has parents who have been married for 30 years and a younger brother who will be 28. They enjoy going to Colorado to ski, going to the ocean in South Carolina, spending a week in the Caribbean, going on the fa

What Led Us To Adoption

Kennedy has a rare genetic disorder we chose not to pass down to children. Her condition is very well managed, however, we care more about our child being happy and healthy. We also realize that love makes a family, not necessarily biology. Kennedy’s younger sister as well as her best friend were both adopted and have proven to be some of our best blessings. Adoption is very close to our hearts, and we are honored to go on this journey.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
