dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

First, we want to thank you for taking the time to consider us. We can only imagine the strength and love it takes to even think about adoption, and we have nothing but admiration and deep respect for the courage you're showing.

We are Robert and Jennifer, and we've dreamed for a long time of becoming parents. We've built a home filled with love, laughter, and stability, and our greatest hope is to share that with a child. We don't take lightly the responsibility—or the privilege—of becoming adoptive parents. If you choose us, please know your child will be cherished unconditionally, raised with kindness and guidance, and always taught about the bravery and love that led to their adoption.

We also want to be open about how important you are in this journey. If you decide that adoption is the right path and choose us as adoptive parents, we are committed to honoring whatever level of openness and contact you feel comfortable with. Whether that means letters, photos, or more, we believe a child's story should include the people who loved them first.
This is your decision, and whatever choice you make will be the right one—because it comes from your heart. No matter what, we're holding you in our thoughts, and we're wishing you peace and clarity in the days ahead.

With warmth and respect,
Robert & Jennifer

About Us

Hi, we’re Robert and Jennifer from Florida. Our story began long before we started dating — our mothers were college roommates and best friends, and that bond carried through to us. We’ve known each other our whole lives and became a couple in adulthood, dating for two years before getting married in 2023. We are both hardworking but fun-loving “nerds” at heart — we adore comedies, sci-fi shows, watching football and playing in a fantasy league together, building LEGO sets, walking our dogs, hosting our extended family for holidays and events, and slowly remodeling our home, one project at a time. We can’t wait to share our lives, our laughter, and our love with a child.

Our Home & Neighborhood

Our home, nestled in a peaceful part of Florida, is a warm and inviting space filled with love, laughter, and the playful energy of our dogs, Loki and Chompers—Loki being the curious adventurer and Chompers the loyal snuggler. The community thrives on family life, with local farmers' markets and seasonal festivals that add personality to everyday life. The school district offers strong academics and enriching activities that support student growth both in and out of the classroom. Whether it's the nearby parks or simply a great cup of coffee, this town offers wonderful weekend experiences. It's a place where comfort, connection, and quality of life come together in a way that's truly special.

Our Family & Friends

Our extended family is a lively and loving group that brings joy and energy to every gathering. I have two siblings of my own, and through my husband—who has five siblings—we've become part of a much larger family circle. Together, we are blessed with a total of twelve nieces and nephews, each with their own unique personality and charm. Family events are always bustling with activity, laughter, and the occasional chaos that comes with having so many kids around, but it's all part of what makes our family life so rich and rewarding. Our favorite thing to do with the kids is throw "movie premieres" at home when new Disney movies come out. The kids really enjoy this time with us.

What Led Us To Adoption

After five years of trying to conceive biologically, we found ourselves on an emotional rollercoaster filled with hope, disappointment, and resilience. Along the way, we also faced a brief but frightening cancer scare, which, thankfully, turned out to be non-cancerous. That experience brought clarity and shifted our perspective on what truly matters. We realized that our deepest desire is not necessarily to have a biological child, but to become parents — to love, guide, and nurture a child who needs a family. With open hearts, we came to the decision that adoption is the path we’re meant to take, and we’re excited to grow our family in this beautiful and meaningful way.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
