About Us
We are: Jenn, Logan, and our daughter Leslie. Jenn is pretty sarcastic with a dry sense of humor. She is caring, honest, organized, and creative. Logan also has a great sense of humor (though not as sarcastic as Jenn). He is intelligent, kind, friendly, and wears his heart on his sleeve. Our daughter is wonderful. She is loving, patient, bright, and strong-willed. She is definitely a "girly-girl" who loves to play dress-up. Jenn is a pre-K teacher and teaches ages 4-5. Logan is a product manager who is currently working on getting certified in coding and AI. Outside of work, we go to the beach as a family, go to the park, and swim in our backyard. We also try to do other things such as bowling or mini golf. We love to be outside but also enjoy "movie night" at our house, when we put up sheet tents.
Our Home & Neighborhood
Logan and I met in North Carolina and then moved to another city in North Carolina to be closer to my dad after my mom passed away in 2020. After he, too, passed away in 2023, we stayed because we grew to love the area. We love our neighborhood! We have great friends and a great elementary school. We have a pool in our backyard and a swing set. Leslie has her own playroom, which she shares with her friends when they come over. We recently got two Golden Retriever puppies who were born in December 2024. They are adorable but a handful!
We live near the beach, so we have that at our fingertips. We also have a children's museum, local playgrounds, movie theaters, shopping, and restaurants nearby..
Our Family & Friends
Jenn: I have two siblings: an older brother and a younger sister. My brother and his family live a few hours away from us, but my sister moved to the area about a year ago. I have two cousins on my mother's side and six on my father's side. I have four nieces and a nephew (from my brother and his wife). I see my siblings a lot and see my cousins for events such as weddings, holidays, and other occasions.
Logan: I have one younger sister who was adopted as a baby when I was six years old. She currently lives near my parents, and we always catch up whenever we are in town visiting. I have a few cousins on my mom's side who I am still very close with and just one cousin on my dad's side.
What Led Us To Adoption
After getting married in 2019, we got pregnant with Leslie pretty easily. She was a "COVID baby" and was born during the pandemic. We always dreamed of having two to three children, but it has not been an easy road for us. After trying to conceive, we sought fertility treatments and went through five IUIs. This was not easy—physically, emotionally, or mentally. We knew that if it did not work, adoption would be the perfect decision for us, since we have family and friends who have been adopted and have been through the adoption process. My brother and his wife adopted two children from the Congo, and Logan's sister was adopted as a newborn through a private adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
