dear expectant mother
Words cannot fully express our profound gratitude as we consider the possibility that you might choose us to parent your child. We are deeply moved by your courage and strength in considering adoption. The decision you're facing carries immense weight, and we recognize the complex emotions you must be experiencing. Please know that our hearts are filled with respect for your journey.
We are honored that you would include us among the families you're considering. Should you choose us, we promise to provide your child with endless love, support, and opportunities to thrive. We are beyond excited to get this opportunity. As you navigate your decision, we hope you find peace in knowing that we would love for our children to grow up knowing they are adopted, but also knowing where they come from. Our whole family cannot wait to meet them and to be a part of their life.
Whatever path you choose, we admire your courage and thoughtfulness in seeking the best future for your child. We wish you the best of luck in your journey. Thank you for considering us to be part of your and your child's story.
With deepest respect and gratitude,
Stephen and Felicia
About Us
Hello, we are Stephen and Felicia. We met in college in 2010 when Stephen was in a non-deployment contract for the United States Army, and Felicia was completing her general education curriculum. We married in 2017, and Stephen is now a retired Army veteran. Felicia works as a middle school math teacher and a Direct Support Professional for adults with disabilities. Our flexible schedules allow us to travel, visit loved ones, enjoy the ocean, and go on new adventures together. Some days we relax with our dogs, watching movies or playing games, while other days we explore local history, which Stephen loves. In our downtime, Stephen enjoys working on trucks and welding, and Felicia loves reading, playing with her dogs, and being creative. We are kind, generous, and loving people who are filled with joy and laughter, eager to share our experiences with a little one.
Our Home & Neighborhood
We moved to Georgia in 2021; however, we are bi-coastal people who have the flexibility to spend summers in California with family and friends. We live in a small community that offers a lot of history. We are a 20-minute drive to the city, which holds many activities such as children's discovery centers, aquariums, zoos, and more. Our home is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom two-story home with a large backyard.
We have 4 dogs and 3 cats. They are loving, playful, and good with children. Sierra loves to play with her splash pad. Sofia follows her daddy around everywhere. Serenity loves EVERYONE and wants to be petted and loved. Bubba loves to play with his toys. They are our family.
Our Family & Friends
We both come from large families. Felicia is one of five children, and Stephen is one of 4. There are a total of nine children between Felicia's siblings and 3 in Stephen's. Both our families keep themselves busy taking kids to soccer games, basketball games, football games, rugby games, softball/baseball games, and dance recitals. Many times the rest of the family will all meet in support to watch the game/dance, any excuse to get together.
Depending on whether we are staying in California or Georgia, all of our family lives within a 2/2½ hour drive from us. The distance has never limited us with our family time and the opportunities to get together as often as possible. Our families are ecstatic and very supportive of our adoption journey. They all say, "I cannot wait for you to be parents."
What Led Us To Adoption
We have been longing to be parents for many years, and we know that it would be unlikely for us to have biological children. Adoption has been a part of our discussions when creating our own family for many years. Although adoption is new to us personally, many friends and family members have been blessed by adoption. From being an adoptee, having adopted a child, or being a birth parent who has chosen a family to love their child, we know and love people who have been a part of this journey.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
