Are Hoping to Adopt a Baby
dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mom,
Thank you. Truly. There is no way to know what brought you here or the many decisions you had to weigh, but we believe what you are doing shows an immense amount of maturity and love for this future angel. What we can be sure of is that you’re looking for a wonderful and safe home for your future baby, and we’re looking to share our love and lives with a beautiful child. Maybe we are looking for each other.
Because we couldn't conceive on our own, we’ve spent our adult lives showering love and affection on the children of our family and friends. We became the favorite “Unk” and “Auntie” to many amazing children. Now our hearts are full to overflowing with the thought of being parents, and we are ready for the blessings that parenthood brings. We can’t wait to make memories by exploring the world, experiencing new cultures, or even spending quiet nights at home as a family watching favorite shows, like A Different World.
We feel a profound sense of gratitude that you would consider us. We pray that God allows us to be the ones to fulfill the hope you have for your special child. God bless you, and we look forward to meeting you!
About Us

Our Home & Neighborhood

Our Family & Friends
Although we grew up in what seems like different worlds, we both come from very loving and close families, and our experiences with our extended family have been virtually identical. Our extended family were always there for all of the major life moments. They shared in the joy of our own births, cheered us on in our athletic accomplishments, and celebrated us at graduations, and they couldn't be more excited about us growing our family.
Alain is a first-generation American whose family originated from DR Congo. His immediate family is local, but he has family all over the world. Angie’s family is largely local, but she has close family that is located around the world as well.
Even though spread out, it has been a blessing that both of our families operated as a community. Our aunts and uncles were more like second mothers and fathers. Cousins were more like brothers and sisters. That makes the holidays a big deal for us. Holidays like Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or even events like Homecoming and weddings are more like mini family reunions. Those events are filled with a ton of food, fun, and laughter.
