If you decide to choose us to be a part of your adoption plan, we want to assure you that we will be open and honest throughout the entire process. We have been struggling for so long with infertility. We've gone through so many emotions and have asked ourselves, "Why us?" We've come to realize we may never understand why, but that God promises to walk with us, to strengthen us, and to give us grace and a hope for the future. We promise to cherish and love your child with all our hearts and to provide a safe, happy home and a life with every opportunity possible.
Know that we have been praying for your baby for a very long time, and since we have decided to adopt, we have been praying for you. Your baby means everything to us, and we would be honored to welcome your baby into our family. We are praying for you and your sweet baby throughout your pregnancy that God will fill you with peace over whatever decision you make.

Allen has a very large family, and Amanda's family is small. Allen has both his parents and a sister who is married and has a daughter. Allen's only grandparent is his paternal grandfather, who is very active in his grandchildren's lives. We are very close to Allen's parents, sister, and brother-in-law, who all live in town only a few minutes down the road. We typically spend time with each other many times during the week eating dinner, going out shopping, playing games, or trying something new together.
Amanda was raised by her father. Her mother passed away when Amanda was very young, and her dad recently passed away in December. Amanda is very close to her aunt and grandmother, who live in another state but talk often on the phone or through social media. Our families play a huge role in making us who we are today, and we are very thankful for them.
