Are Hoping to Adopt a Baby

dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know us. We can only imagine the strength and courage it takes to consider adoption, and we deeply respect the love and thought you are putting into making the best decision for your baby. We are a couple in our late twenties who have always dreamed of building a family filled with love, laughter, and adventure. We felt called to adoption and are filled with excitement and gratitude for this journey.

We live on a small acreage in the country with our two dogs and our cat, surrounded by nature and space to explore. We love spending time outdoors—gardening, hiking, and going on little adventures together. We also love cooking meals side by side, often using ingredients from our garden. Our home is warm and welcoming, filled with laughter, family, and a strong church community that already loves and supports us deeply.

If we are chosen to be your child’s parents, we promise to provide a life rooted in love, faith, and joy. Your child will always know their story and the incredible strength and love that led to their adoption.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for considering us. We are praying for peace and comfort for you and your baby every step of the way.

With heartfelt gratitude, Ryan and Sydnie

Our Lifestyle

Our life is full of love, laughter, and time spent outdoors. Living on nine acres means there’s always space to explore, play, and enjoy nature, but we’re still close enough to town for school, friends, and fun community activities. We love spending weekends gardening, swimming in our pool, going to the lake, or taking our dogs for walks and swims. We also enjoy fishing, hunting, and caring for our chickens together—it’s a great way to start each morning!

We’re very involved in our community, often helping out at our local skating rink, cheering on Sydnie’s students at their games and performances, and volunteering with our church family. Some of our favorite moments are simply being together—sharing meals, laughing with friends and family, or relaxing outside. We can’t wait to share these simple joys and adventures with a child and fill our days with even more love and laughter.

Our Home & Neighborhood

We live on a small acreage out in the country with plenty of space to explore. Our home is cozy and full of warmth, with a big kitchen where we love to cook together and a large yard that’s perfect for gardening, playing, and spending time with our animals.

Our two dogs and our cat are a big part of our family. They’re gentle, playful, and can’t wait to have a little one to grow up alongside. We’re part of a small, friendly community where people truly look out for one another. We’re also active in our church, which has a close, supportive congregation and many families with young children.

We can’t wait to share this life, this space, and this love with a child.

Our Family & Friends

We feel incredibly blessed to have a strong circle of family and friends who are ready to welcome a child with open arms. Both of our families are close-knit and full of love, laughter, and support. We see each other often. Whether it’s Sunday morning at church, going on an evening walk, or helping one another with projects around the house. Holidays are extra special for us. We always gather to celebrate, share meals, and make memories together. One of our favorite traditions is baking homemade rolls that are a family recipe!

Our church family is another big part of our lives. They’ve been beside us through every step of our adoption journey, offering prayers, encouragement, and love. Many of them have young children, and we’re excited for our future child to grow up surrounded by friends who will feel like extended family.

We know that it truly takes a village to raise a child, and we’re so thankful that our “village” is full of kind, supportive, and joyful people who are ready to love and embrace our future child completely.

Our Favorite Adventures

We love exploring new places together and can’t wait to share that sense of adventure with a child. We try to take a vacation once a year and enjoy little weekend trips whenever we can. Most recently, we visited Estes Park, Colorado, a place full of sunshine, mountains, and happy memories. We have family in Florida and Georgia, so visiting them gives us a great reason to travel and spend time together. Whether it’s a big trip or a simple day exploring nearby, we know it will be even more special with a little one by our side.
