Are Hoping to Adopt a Baby
Our Video
dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
As we write this, our hearts are full of respect for you. We can only imagine the depth of love, strength, and courage it takes to consider an adoption plan for your baby. We want you to know that we see you; not just as someone making a decision, but as a mother who cares deeply about her child’s future.
Our journey to adoption began with many honest conversations about the kind of family we hoped to build. We have always known that growing our family would take intention. Adoption felt like the most meaningful path since it is rooted in love and openness. We have spent substantial time preparing our hearts and home, and are surrounded by a strong, supportive community of family and friends who are ready to embrace a child wholeheartedly.
We know this will be one of the hardest decisions you will ever face. If you choose us, we promise your baby will grow up knowing how deeply they are loved, by us and by you. We promise to create a home filled with warmth, encouragement, and steady care; a place where your baby will feel deeply cherished.
With gratitude and respect, Ashley & Nicole
Our Lifestyle
In our home, we believe the most valuable thing we have is time together, so we make it a priority to have fun, laugh a lot, and enjoy meaningful moments with each other and our loved ones.
During the week, we follow a routine that helps us stay focused and organized, ensuring that we can make the most of our free time. We are fortunate to have careers that allow us plenty of flexibility and time off, which lets us focus on each other, our loved ones, and our community. Nicole often works from home when she doesn’t need to be on campus and still gets to enjoy having spring, summer, fall, and winter break off from work, which allows for a flexible, family-friendly schedule.
One of our favorite weekly traditions is Fridays together. With the flexibility of our work schedules, we spend Friday morning volunteering at a local food pantry before enjoying lunch together.

Our Family & Friends
Family and community are a big part of our lives, and we are surrounded by a strong, loving support system. We live just five minutes from Nicole’s dad, and after the passing of her mom two years ago, their bond has grown even closer. We share weekly family dinners with him every Sunday, which is a cherished tradition for us. Nicole’s older brother also lives nearby, and her extended family is close as well. Since Nicole grew up in the community we live in now, she has many lifelong friends nearby who feel like family.
Ashley is from Hawaii, where her parents, sister, nephew, and extended family still live. We make it a priority to visit them every year during the holidays. Those visits are special opportunities to enjoy the sun, relax, and spend quality time together building lasting memories. Ashley moved to the area in 2010 for dental school and has called the Midwest home ever since, building strong friendships and deep community ties here.
