Our Family & Friends
Our extended family is a close-knit group spread across several states. Kim has two siblings and two cousins, while Kris has one sibling and two cousins. Despite distances, we maintain strong connections through regular contact, shared traditions, and frequent gatherings.
Family celebrations are central to our relationships. Kim's family, in Missouri, Arkansas, and Mississippi, and Kris's family, in Missouri, North Carolina, and Wisconsin, come together for holidays and special occasions. We celebrate all holidays and personal achievements, often with special dinners. Our annual family fantasy football league keeps us engaged year-round.
We've also cultivated a network of close family friends who are integral to our support system. As we consider adoption, we're excited to create new ‘happiest times’ and share our love with another child, integrating them into our rich tapestry of family traditions and relationships.
