Dear Expectant Mother,

We can’t even imagine what you’re going through or how you feel right now. This must be so scary and difficult for you. We started trying to have a baby back in 2015. After almost 2 years we started going to a specialist who determined Jacob is infertile. We took a few years break to mentally recharge and during that time we started talking about adoption. Adopting a baby would be the greatest gift we could ever receive. We are ready for any kind of adoption, open or closed, and can’t wait to get to know the mom that picks us, as she’ll always be a part of our family as well. I respect the choice that you are making about your future, and about your child’s future. We cannot fathom the depths of your emotions right now, but we want to be there for you every step of the way. For over a decade we have dreamed of becoming parents. It would be an honor to give your child a loving, safe, and fulfilling childhood filled with love, stability, and opportunity. Your child would be encouraged to be themselves, explore their interests, and always know how deeply they are loved. Please be kind to yourself during this time, it’s ok to be scared or angry or feel guilty, but this is probably the hardest experience of your life and you deserve grace. We look forward to meeting you to start our family!
