dear expectant mother
Words cannot fully capture the admiration we have for the courage and strength you've shown in considering adoption for your precious child. We are deeply honored and grateful that you've considered us with the incredible privilege of raising and nurturing the little life you've brought into this world.
Kathryn has always felt immense gratitude towards her own birth mother for making the selfless decision to place her and her middle brother with their parents. Now, having experienced adoption from the perspective of giving, Travis stands in awe of the resilience it requires. Watching our daughter navigate this journey as a birth mother has given us a profound respect for the process, and we've been so inspired by the beautiful, growing bond she's built with her child's family over the years.
If chosen, we hope to foster a similar connection between you and your little one—one rooted in openness and love. We want them to grow up knowing the extraordinary strength and love behind your decision, and to understand how truly blessed we feel to be part of their life because of you. Your baby is a blessing and precious gift, and from the depths of our hearts, we thank you for considering us to cherish and nurture the light you've given to the world.
Kathryn and Travis
About Us
Hey, we're Travis and Kathryn. We've been married for two years and met while training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It was love at first sight. We knew in the first 2 weeks we'd be married and have been inseparable since. Travis is a fire sprinkler system engineer, speaks nationwide for the national associations, and has three daughters (16, 22, and 35). Kathryn is a homemaker with one son (4) who is with us most of the year. We're a traditional family with a lifestyle centered on God as our foundation, and a close-knit community by our side. We balance each other out. Travis is young and playful at heart, yet can talk to anyone for hours. Kathryn, on the other hand, is the old soul, gladly sitting in quiet company. We like to sit on our porch and talk with family, as well as plan out new adventures in life.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a little rural community in the hills of Southern Missouri where we attend a small close-knit church of roughly 40 people. Travis volunteers with our local fire department. We have a little log cabin style home on 10.5 acres with 5 loving dogs, as well as 18 chickens and 6 ducks, with plans to add goats and pigs to our family of furry friends in the near future. On our property we have a pond, outdoor fire pit and woods to play in, as well as a large garden that Kathryn likes to tend to where we try to grow a majority of our own produce.
Our Extended Family
We are a family that is spread across the country. Travis's family is mostly in Missouri and Arizona. His oldest daughter, father, stepmother, younger adopted brother, nieces & nephews live within 3 hours from where we are located. We love getting them to come visit and spend time with us. Travis's parents love to come down and enjoy the quiet of the rural atmosphere. His brother, nieces, and nephews love to come down to play with the animals and go fishing at the pond on our property. When we're able, we travel to spend time with our other family members out of state. Kathryn's family is mostly in California and Arizona. Her grandparents, mother, father, as well as her two older brothers, nieces, and nephews are spread out across the Bay Area of California.
As a newly blended family, we are developing our own family traditions. Because we love to host all of our family, we get enjoyment from having our family gather with us for holidays. Christmas time here is fun as we have snow many times on Christmas mornings and love to have family down for a big Thanksgiving dinner. We are continually developing new traditions as our family expands.
Our Adoption Story
Our decision to come to adoption was such an easy one. Kathryn was adopted at birth as well as her two older brothers and she has always wanted to adopt. Travis grew up with his dad adopting his step-brother, and Travis' oldest daughter made the courageous decision to place her own baby for adoption - while still maintaining a great relationship. Seeing all three versions/sides of how beautiful adoption can be made the decision for us to adopt (once we realized we were struggling on our own) very easy, and we welcomed it with open arms.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
