dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
First and foremost, thank you. Those are the words that directly come to mind when we are thinking of you. We know what a courageous, selfless, and brave decision you are making, so we promise to do our best for the baby in your honor should you bless us with this gift. Also, thank you for taking time to view our profile; it truly means a lot!
We have been waiting to fill our home with a child and are over the moon to go through this process and support you. Please know if you choose us, your baby will grow up in a home filled with love, laughter, and plenty of visits from friends and family. We have a very close-knit community surrounding us that cannot wait to see how our journey transpires.
Dane was raised with a biological family and Jillian in an adoptive family. With an adoption background, we feel we will be supportive and nurturing to the baby’s needs as he or she grows to learn about the blessing of adoption.
It is our hope that you are filled with peace during this time, but please know it is okay to have so many emotions. Your feelings are valid, and we will support you. Again, thank you for being so strong, but mostly thank you for the potential opportunity to be the parents we cannot wait to become.

About Us
In Louisiana, we say, “Let the good times roll!” This motto perfectly describes our personalities in a nutshell. As a fun-loving couple in our early 30s, we are ready to bring a baby into our fun social circle equipped with many friends with babies and toddlers! As for our careers, Dane works as a sales rep selling commercial and industrial equipment. We are blessed that Dane’s career has financial benefits that will abundantly support our growing family. His job also allows him to be somewhat flexible, which will be helpful with the arrival of a baby. Jillian is a curriculum coordinator for a school district. She works with the principals to help make sure their teachers are delivering high quality reading instruction to kids! She also delivers professional development to educators. As a former elementary teacher, she will be a wonderful asset in helping a little one’s growing mind!
Our Home & Pets
Residing in the Bayou State of Louisiana, we live in a charming home within a quiet neighborhood that’s lined with sidewalks. There are several schools, daycares, and a few churches nearby, too! Our home has four bedrooms, one of which will become the nursery. We also have an outdoor area complete with a fire pit, tv and fans. We really enjoy being outside to grill and hang out. Our fur babies are Gucci and Rex. They are cuddly kittens and can’t wait to love a new sibling!
Our Extended Family
Jillian grew up in Mississippi and has an older sister who was adopted from Korea. Jillian and her sister are the best of friends, and her brother-in-law and Dane are very close too. Her parents and extended family are all from Wisconsin. With little family nearby, they traveled to visit relatives in Wisconsin frequently. It was always a road trip that resulted in many stops to see the United States. Jillian’s family valued traveling, and it is something she plans to continue. Since the immediate family is small, they can’t wait for the first grandchild!
Dane was born and raised in Louisiana and has a sister and a half-brother. Dane's sister is married with three kids, one of whom is the first girl in the family in over ten years! His brother is married also and has two kids. Dane is a godfather to two of his nephews. Growing up, Dane’s extended family lived in the same city, so there were many memories with aunts, uncles, and cousins at various functions. To this day, they all still live nearby, and now there are many young nieces, nephews, and cousins. The baby would have many built-in playmates and lots of love from so many close family members!
What Led Us To Adoption
Jillian was adopted as an infant and also has an adopted sister. Because she grew up with parents who supported adoption, it has always been a dream to fulfill! As for Dane, he was not as familiar with the process, but after learning from Jillian and assisting her on a mission to connect with her birthmother, he was open to it. After a year of trying to conceive, fertility concerns became more present, making adoption a top priority. Jillian and her birthmother have a sprouting relationship in which they meet for dinners and occasionally text. This type of relationship is something they both value.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
