We would like to start by saying you are already a great mother. Having the insight to worry and consider your baby’s needs and future takes courage. The emotional and physical effort you are putting into the adoption process is not easy, and it is recognized.
We want to thank you for considering us for the gift of parenthood. We can’t imagine how hard this decision must be for you, so we say thank you with all our hearts. If you choose us, watching your baby grow daily while loving them unconditionally will bring us joy and a sense of purpose that we have been waiting for our entire lives.
We will respect whatever adoption plan you choose. The most important thing is for us to be good parents, whatever that takes. We will be honest, nurturing, and good role models. We were raised with the encouragement to be confident and to love ourselves and others. We will raise our child with these values too. We look forward to watching your baby achieve important milestones and helping them chase their dreams.

Jill has two older brothers who are both married with children. Her parents are retired and have since moved to California, where we visit frequently. She is close with her mom’s side of the family, which includes four female cousins, two aunts, and one surviving grandmother. Our family tradition is celebrating our grandmother's birthday that falls on Labor Day weekend. We all meet up at our aunt’s lake house and spend the weekend together water skiing, swimming, and barbequing.
Adam is the oldest son of his parents, who are still happily married and live in the house his dad grew up in. He has one younger brother who now lives in California with his wife. The extended family includes three uncles, two aunts, and multiple cousins we spend time with at family reunions in Canada every few years. One of our favorite family traditions includes going to visit his brother in California for Thanksgiving.
We are fortunate to have so many close friends we consider family who also live in our hometown. Most have families of their own and are very supportive of our adoption journey. Our favorite friend tradition is hosting an Oktoberfest party at our house every year.
