We are humbled that you are considering us and grateful for the opportunity to share our hearts with you. We have so much respect for you and offer our sincere prayers and support as you navigate this journey.
We have built a life centered around faith, family, laughter, and love. We treasure the simple moments—family dinners, time outdoors, traveling, and making memories together. If we are blessed to become parents through adoption, we promise your child will always know how deeply they are loved. They can learn to fix and build things with Gary, play the piano and cook with Rebecca, and grow up in a safe, nurturing home filled with encouragement, laughter, and unconditional love.
We hope our story has given you a glimpse into who we are and the life we hope to share with a child. Should our paths come together through adoption, we will never take the privilege of being parents for granted. We will honor your child’s story and ensure they always know their story began with love. We will be their biggest cheerleaders, encouraging them to dream big, embrace who they are, and live life to the fullest.
Our Love Story
We are Gary and Rebecca from Florida. We met through online dating in November 2017, shortly after Rebecca moved to the area for work. Gary was the first person to message her, and after a week of texting and phone calls, we met in person. The rest is history! We became engaged in November 2020 and married in October 2021 in the mountains, which will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Because we met later in life with established careers, we have been blessed to spend our first years together traveling, making memories, and enjoying new adventures. Some of our favorite destinations include Branson, Missouri, Eldora Speedway in Ohio, and the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee and North Georgia.
Gary is hardworking, thoughtful, and considerate, while Rebecca is outgoing, funny, and caring. Our personalities balance each other perfectly, and we truly bring out the best in one another. We are grateful for the life we have together and excited for the next chapter of our story.
Our Home & Neighborhood
Our Family & Friends
We are both very close with our families and feel blessed to have them nearby. We are able to celebrate holidays with everyone, since it is a reasonable commute. Gary’s mom lives just five minutes away, so we see her during the week for dinners or working on special projects. We also enjoy evenings spent talking around a bonfire or playing cards around the kitchen table.
Rebecca’s parents, brother and sister, and their families live less than two hours away, and we visit at least once a month. We love spending time with our five nieces, ranging from 9 months to 18 years old. Being close allows us to celebrate birthdays, attend their activities, play games with the little ones, enjoy pool days, and take the older girls on our antiquing adventures.
We also each have a close group of friends we’ve known for over 20 years. As we have built our life together, our friends have become like family to both of us. Their children are like nieces and nephews to us. We cherish dinners, phone calls, weekend getaways, and watching their children grow and celebrating their milestones alongside them.
