Are Hoping to Adopt a Baby
dear expectant mother
Thank you for considering us as adoptive parents for your precious child. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to pursue our dream of becoming parents.
Adoption has always been close to our hearts and was never a last option for us. Even before we were engaged, we talked about building our family through adoption. From 2018 to 2020, we pursued fertility treatments while it felt right for us to try. During that time, we experienced the heartbreak of miscarriage and now hold our angel babies in Heaven. Thinking of them brings us peace and has helped guide us to this path.
We feel ready and excited to begin our adoption journey. We look forward to loving and nurturing a child together, creating family traditions, and supporting them as they grow and discover their own dreams.
While our journeys may be different, we understand what it feels like when life does not unfold the way we once imagined. That experience has given us empathy and compassion. We trust that God can bring good from every situation.
Your baby will always know how much you love them and the courage it took to make this decision. If we are blessed to raise your child, we promise to love them unconditionally and wholeheartedly every day.
Our Love Story
Our love story began in a different state and resulted in an unexpected love story! People always ask, “How did you meet?” We met in Salem, VA, at a softball tournament while traveling with separate friends on the same team. After that weekend, life and distance pulled us apart, and we lost touch.
Six months later, we randomly ran into each other in Pittsburgh, PA—and we’ve been together ever since! They say it’s a small world, and Virginia is for lovers, but Pennsylvania is for lovers too!
Over the years, we’ve invested in one another, and we have a special exchange: “Why do you love me?” “Because you’re still here.” After 12 years of marriage, we’ve grown through the challenges and joys together. Our marriage has humbled us, strengthened us, and left us deeply grateful to share a happy, healthy life filled with love and partnership.

Our Home & Neighborhood
Our home is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to visit family, friends, and local events. We are about 15 minutes from malls, restaurants, YMCAs, parks, and many community activities.
Our backyard is a peaceful retreat with a large fenced yard, a swing, a cabana, and an in-ground pool where we love spending time together. We will always have a dog or two in the yard! Our dogs, Reyna and Rosa, and our beloved Mogley, who recently passed, are a big part of our family.
We attend a wonderful local church with a caring pastor and strong children’s programs. Our area also offers great preschool options and a highly regarded school district, providing a supportive place for a child to grow and learn.

Our Family & Friends
We love spending time with family, and we are also blessed with many close friends who feel like chosen family. They have supported us with love and encouragement throughout our lives, especially during this journey. Everyone in our lives will warmly welcome and love your baby.
Your baby will grow up surrounded by wonderful cousins, including two who are adopted. They will also be loved and happily spoiled by their grandparents—Poppy, Grammy, and first-time grandparents we call GPA and GMA. Their aunts and uncles will be cheering them on and celebrating every milestone and success.
Family time often includes trips to the zoo, parks, museums, and sporting events. We also enjoy creating traditions like our Christmas in July pool party and our annual ornament exchange in December.
Some of our family lives in Georgia and Florida, and we try to visit each other once or twice a year. We also travel with close friends to softball tournaments in places like Ohio, South Carolina, and Florida, often adding a few vacation days together.
Your child will always be surrounded by love, support, and joyful family memories.

Adoption in Our Lives
We’ve witnessed the joy and love adoption brings through our niece and nephew, adopted in 2015 and 2020. We were closely involved in both adoptions and cherished being part of their lives.
Our adoption journey began in 2012, shortly after we started dating, when Gabe was approached by a young mother expecting her third child. She knew us from serving at a local church daycare. At the time, we had just begun dating and weren’t ready to adopt, so we connected her with family members who were hoping to grow their family, and we all supported her throughout her pregnancy. She ultimately chose to raise her child.
This experience strengthened our faith and confirmed our calling. We are fully committed to adoption and are eager to shower love on a child.
