dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
First and foremost, we want you to know how loved, valued, and important you are to us. We know this choice could not have been easy for you. Know that we think the world of how selfless and brave you are, and we value the gift and quality of life you are giving to your baby. You and your baby are already so loved and adored by our family.
Know that your baby will get to grow up surrounded by so many loved ones who already can't wait to meet him or her. We understand that this is a confusing and difficult time for you while you try to figure out what is best for you and your precious baby. We hope you feel loved and supported no matter where you are in this journey.
We promise that we want to give your baby a home where he or she will feel safe, happy, cherished, and loved unconditionally. Our greatest wish is to give your baby a life with every opportunity possible. We will always make sure your child knows how much you love them and how selfless and brave you were to make the decision to place them for adoption. We cannot wait to welcome a child into our home, and we are excited for the journey ahead.
With love and admiration,
Erika & Troy
About Us
Hi! We are Erika and Troy. We want to first express the joy we feel as we fulfill our greatest desire to grow and complete our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your time and consideration in reading our profile. We are two very outgoing and loving people. Erika is a kindergarten teacher. She has always had a passion for children and for learning. She loves and adores all of her students. She has been a teacher for 10 years. Troy is an ironworker. He uses his welding skills to build offices and buildings all over. He has been an ironworker for 15 years. Some of our favorite hobbies include traveling, watching NASCAR racing, hiking, and hanging out in our beautiful backyard. Our everyday activities include cooking dinner at home together, eating dinner at our kitchen table together, and talking about our day. That is our time to unplug from technology and connect as a family. We plan to keep that tradition going with the family we hope to grow!
Our Home & Pets
We live in a very small town and community. We live in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by many young families with young children! Our home is a one-story ranch-style home with a finished basement and back deck in our backyard! Our backyard is wide open with tons of space for children to run and play! The woodland in the way back of our yard is a sight to see! We get many deer, squirrels, and unique birds that are so fun to watch! We have a golden retriever named Tovi! She is 3 years old! We also have 3 cats! Their names are Chloe, Clyde, and Journey! We love how close all of our neighbors are! They are like our extended family!
Our Extended Family
We are very lucky to have an amazing extended family and support system! Troy has a son (Erika's stepson) who is 19 and attends college. He lives with his roommates. Troy got full custody of him when he was 2 years old and raised him on his own.
Erika has a very close bond with her mom. Erika also has a dad and a stepmom. Erika has two sisters and one brother. Her older sister is married and has two young boys. Her brother is married and has a daughter and a son. Erika is very close with her mom's side of the family. She has her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many cousins. Our family has cookouts and goes swimming throughout the summer at Erika's grandparents! We have a large Christmas Eve celebration every year!
Troy's extended family includes his mom who loves to come visit us! Troy shares his love of racing and baseball with his stepdad who adopted him and raised him. He also has two brothers and a sister. His brothers are both married and both have two young children. His sister has one daughter. His biological father and stepmom are retired and live in Florida.
What Led Us To Adoption
There are many things that led us to the journey of adoption. We both really love and adore kids. They bring us so much joy! Troy was adopted by his step-dad when he was about 5 years old, so this opportunity means a lot to him. After raising his son, he is ready to give another child a life full of love and happiness. Erika is unable to have children of her own, so adopting has always been something she has had her heart and mind set on. We are very excited for this journey and this opportunity to grow our family!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
