From early in our relationship, we felt drawn to adoption as a beautiful way to grow our family. We both care deeply about creating a home where people feel safe, supported, and truly loved. As we dreamed about becoming parents, adoption always felt like the path we were meant to walk. We feel incredibly honored to even be considered as potential parents for your child.
If you choose us, your child will grow up in a home filled with love, laughter, music, and meaningful traditions. We promise to show up for the everyday moments, the hard days, and the joyful milestones. We will always speak openly and lovingly about their adoption story in age appropriate ways and help them know that their life began with your bravery and care.
Our Love Story
Our love story began as a friendship. We met through work and quickly became part of the same close group of friends. For several years we built trust and connection through everyday life, trips with friends, and long conversations. During a group cruise, we both realized our feelings had grown into something more, and when we returned home, beginning a relationship felt natural and easy.
We started dating at the end of 2019, got engaged in December 2020, and were married on the beach in May 2021 surrounded by our closest family and friends. Since then, we have built a life grounded in communication, counseling, faith, and lots of laughter.
We balance each other beautifully. Devon is steady, thoughtful, and a great listener. Erica is optimistic, creative, and full of vision. Over the past few years, we have supported each other through meaningful growth, including Erica taking the leap to build her own business. At our core, we are teammates who deeply value love, honesty, and building a joyful, safe home together.

Our Favorite Adventures
We both share a love for adventure, travel, and experiencing new places and cultures together. Erica grew up in Hawaii before moving to Michigan and eventually making her way to Florida, which shaped her deep love for the ocean, beach days, and being outside. She also loves running and often trains for races as a way to stay grounded and healthy. Devon loves watching sports, especially baseball and football. Some of our favorite memories include exploring new cities, hiking the Grand Canyon, kayaking, and spending long days at the beach.
Closer to home, our favorite adventures are simple and meaningful. We love hosting game nights with friends, gathering around bonfires, going on evening walks with our dog, and enjoying cozy movie nights together. We look forward to sharing both everyday rhythms and special adventures with your child.
