I may not be able to understand what you are feeling and experiencing in this moment, but I know your decision will come from a place of love and selflessness. The journey you are on is not easy, and it requires a depth of love that many may not fully understand.

I will respect and honor whichever type of adoption you choose, but you, your family, and your history will always be a part of this child’s life if you choose me. I will work every day to help them understand who they are, where they come from, and how truly loved they are.
