We want to begin by saying how much we admire your strength, courage, and love you clearly have for God's creation and your baby. Whatever decision you make, we are praying you feel peace, clarity and support every step of the way. We are so grateful you are here, and we hold you in the highest regard.
If you feel led to choose us to raise your child, we promise they’ll grow up in a home full of love, laughter, stability, truth, and faith. They’ll always know where they came from and how deeply they are loved – by God, by you, and by us. Your child will have the support and resources to explore their world and their interests, and to discover who they are in the world and as a child of God. We’ll share our joy for nature and all God’s wonder, and we’ll savor life’s sweet moments- movie nights and pool days, slip n’ slides and trampolines, baiting hooks and belly laughs.
We would be honored if you chose us and we will honor your decision with all our hearts, always speaking of you with love and gratitude. We understand this is a decision you never expected to face. Please know we are praying for you and holding you close in our hearts.

Our Hobbies & Passions
We are both passionate about our faith and service. Caitlin volunteers at a faith-centered horse ranch working with kids healing from trauma. She also works in the church nursery. Kirby is active in church with the police officer ministry, and serves at Jobs for Life where he mentors men experiencing homelessness. These activities truly bring us so much purpose and joy and we know children can learn so much about compassion, kindness, resilience, and life skills through service activities, too.
We have had our fair share of experimenting with different hobbies! From rock climbing and pickleball, to hiking national parks and hanging by the pool, we are up to try most anything. We spend a lot of time with our dogs, friends/family and their children, going to games, birthday parties, and potlucks. Caitlin has a real passion for art. Most nights you can find her winding down with some painting or doodling. We are so excited to see what direction a child’s interests might lead us!

Whenever the family gets together, there is lots of eating, grilling, being outside, talking around the table, and playing games. We do an annual family beach trip. The whole family is big on fishing and we line the beach with surf rods every summer. No comment on our success rate.
During the holidays, we eat way too much food and have way too many belly laughs. At Thanksgiving, we attend the NC State-UNC rivalry football game - Go Wolfpack! At Christmas, we always stop by the live nativity at our church – there’s a camel! Growing up Dad would drive us around to look at tacky Christmas lights and we always got mad when our first stop was a house with just a front porch light. He got us every time! Might have to continue that one.
We also have a wonderful chosen family. Our chosen family includes our Godson and his parents, and our church family. We spend lots of time at the pool with these families and their kiddos in the summer and we do regular potlucks and birthday celebrations. We are quite patriotic and like to do it big on July 4th at the beach where you can see fireworks for miles from multiple towns.
