To start off, we simply want to say thank you. Thank you for considering us as the adoptive parents of your child. Thank you for being brave enough to face what we can only imagine is an impossible decision. Thank you for being so selfless and courageous. Thank you for trusting us with a piece of your heart. We cannot wait to raise another child and expand our family. Without your selflessness, this wouldn't be possible.
Together, as a family, we are excited to see what the future has in store for us. We dream of what might be, what bonds will be built, and what adventures will be had. We know the emotional toll a decision like this can have, and we want you to know that we are here for every step through life.
As nurturers by career, it comes naturally for us to care for and give to others. This is one of the most important things we want to teach a child, and you are giving them the first lesson. You are considering giving us the best gift we could ever ask for, and we cannot say thank you enough.

Our Family & Friends
We spend a lot of time with our extended family and feel incredibly blessed that most of them live nearby. Ellen's parents, brother, sister-in-law, and two nephews live in a neighboring town, while Bryan's parents, sister, brother-in-law, and four children live in the same town as us. His youngest sister, her husband, and their children live a little farther away but visit often. We love cheering at soccer games, attending choir concerts, and making memories together.
One of our favorite family traditions is Ellen's family's Labor Day weekend sauerkraut-making event, a gathering of family and friends that has been going strong for over 50 years! Over time, our families have blended traditions, celebrating holidays together and supporting one another every step of the way. Our friends, who we call our chosen family, also live nearby. We enjoy football games, cooking competitions, holidays, and many other adventures together.
Every summer, we look forward to our annual Friends Trip, and in 2026 we celebrated its 10th year. We are truly grateful for the close-knit community of family and friends who surround us with love, laughter, and support.
