Our Family & Friends
Between the two of us, we have a huge support system with all our relatives and friends we have become close to over the years. We have three biological siblings and four step-siblings along with ten nieces and nephews. Brittany’s parents are divorced, but both are remarried now and treat all of us as if we were their own. Salvatore’s mom passed away when he was two, and he was raised by his father. A lot of our family lives back in Illinois and all over the U.S. We do have a lot of extended family here in Florida but have many friends we have become close to whom we consider family.
Brittany’s dad and stepmom try to come down to Florida at least once a year, and her mom and stepdad come down a few times a year. Every year we get together with Brittany’s family as often as possible up in Illinois. At least once a year, we all go to Missouri, where Brittany’s grandparents on her mom’s side live, and have a big family vacation together on the Lake of the Ozarks. We love getting together with our family when we can and definitely love spoiling all of our nieces and nephews.
