dear expectant mother
We want to sincerely thank you for considering us to be the parents of your child. We are extremely excited for our biggest dream to come true: to become parents. Since we met, we’ve been looking for the right time to start a family together. We love new experiences, and we can’t wait for the excitement of welcoming a child into our home, taking them traveling with us and going on new adventures together. In short, our lives together have been, and always will be, an awesome journey that we want to share with a child.
We believe that if we have faith in the adoption process, the right decisions will be made. We will let you decide how open our relationship is, but you should know that your child will always know who you are and what you mean to our family. We cannot live our dreams without you, and we are truly humbled that you would consider us.
Nick is in the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Italy for four years. In 2016, he went on vacation to the Ukraine, where Yarko lived. The rest is history! Yarko spent the next year in Italy as much as possible so we could be together, and a year later, we were married in the most amazing country in Europe: Denmark. Yarko is an extremely talented artist and chef. He is also fluent in three languages and proficient in three others. Our life is never dull, as Nick's Naval career takes us around the world, and since he was recently selected for a promotion to the Officer ranks, we will be moving to the west coast in 2019. As a couple, we love to travel, especially to Walt Disney World, and we love to go on cruises. We often spend time going to Chicago to see Broadway musicals or to see new parts of the city.
Our Home & Pets
Currently, we live in a two-bedroom apartment in Illinois, where Nick is stationed. Due to the nature of Nick's job, we will be moving to Southern California in late 2019. Mitchell is our dog, who is a nine-pound miniature pinscher we adopted from a rescue shelter. On an average day, we take Mitchell to the dog park near our house so we can get some extra exercise and he can spend some time socializing with other dogs.
Our Extended Family
Yarko's mom currently lives and works in Italy. The rest of his family, including his wonderful grandmother, live in Western Ukraine. Nick's parents live in Illinois, but he has extended family all over the United States. We both love family more than anything else, and we make sure we do a lot with Nick's family while we’re living here. We always make time for Yarko to get a trip or two to Italy and Ukraine each year so he can spend important time with his family.
Our child will have the awesome opportunity to travel and visit Nick’s family, from Southern California to Virginia, and even to Canada! Yarko’s family gives us the opportunity to raise our child to see the beautiful European traditions while traveling to see family in Italy and Ukraine.
What Led Us To Adoption
We’ve always wanted children in our family, and we feel now is the right time to make that happen. We have a lot to offer, and we want to share everything we have with a child. We have a lot of friends who were adopted, and they have always expressed how thankful they are for their birth mother and adoptive parents. It’s a beautiful connection to make, and the only way we can consider growing our family.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
