dear expectant mother
I would like to thank you for taking the time to get to know me better. I wish to express my sincerest gratitude to you for considering adoption for your child, as well as considering me as a mother. Please know that I have so much respect for you.
If you choose me to be a mother for your child, I will consider it a joy and a privilege to welcome your baby into my family. My home is filled with love, laughter, and adventure. I am surrounded by family and good friends who support me on this journey, and who will also embrace your child with wide-open arms. My hope and goal is to raise my family with love and compassion. I will provide opportunities for your child to grow in academics, sports, music, and the arts so they can discover their gifts and talents. I can’t wait to show your child my love of different places and cultures, and I wish nothing more than to foster your child’s own passions.
Thank you so much for considering me as you make this choice. I can only imagine what an emotional time this is for you. Your child will always know how special you are to me, and I will respect any relationship you feel most comfortable to have with your child and myself.
I was born and raised in Mississippi, and Mississippi is where I remain. Currently, I am in my eleventh year of being a school teacher, and I can truly say it’s my passion. On the weekends, I like to go shopping, spend time at the park, read, and hang out with friends. My summers are spent traveling, swimming, barbecuing with the family, and visiting museums. In my free time, I also try to volunteer in my community and indulge my creative side with crafts.
My Home & Pets
I live in a rural area of Mississippi, in a quaint two-bedroom house on three acres of land. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which means I can enjoy the peace of nature all around me, and when I have the desire to socialize there’s a park and playground only fifteen minutes away. I also have two cats, Charley and Bandit, to keep me company, and I know they’ll love to have a second human running around.
My Extended Family
My parents have been married for over 35 years, and now that they’re retired they’re eager to spend their time spoiling a grandchild. I have two brothers who I’m close to, and they and my parents, as well as most of my other family, live only an hour away. My two aunts live in the same city as me, thought, so I get to see them all the time!
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the Fourth of July are the favorite family holidays; all the family members (even ones outside the state) always get together in one place! Personally, Christmas is my favorite. On Christmas Eve, we sing carols around the piano, drink hot chocolate, and drive through the community to see all of the beautiful Christmas lights. On Christmas morning, we open one gift and our stockings (even the adults!), and by lunch the family has all arrived at my parents’ house. Once we’ve eaten, we open the rest of the gifts and then play board games until dinner!
Everyone is so excited about a new addition to the family, and we can’t to share our family, fun, and traditions.
What Led Me To Adoption
I have desired to be a parent ever since I was young, and there isn’t a moment in my life when it hasn’t been a part of my future plans. Now, I’m ready to be a mom, and adoption is the way for me to make it happen. Adoption is near to my heart, as I have family members and friends who have adopted, and seeing their families grow has made me so eager to finally start on this journey. Becoming a parent is something I am so excited for, and I am so glad to finally be making it happen.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
