dear expectant mother

Strong and brave are two words that come to mind when we think about you. We know this is a life-changing decision for you, and we are forever grateful for your selflessness and courage as you consider the best option for you and your baby.

A family is about the unconditional love that bonds us together and always being there for each other. We cannot wait to show your child what this means. If you choose us, your baby will always know how amazing you are and how much love you have for them. A child will add so much to our lives: laughter, love, and adventure. We will build them up, support their dreams, and help those dreams become a reality no matter how crazy they may seem! We have some big dreams ourselves and can’t wait for a baby to be a part of them!

We will be there for all the ups, cheering the loudest and celebrating! And we will be there for all the downs, kissing scraped knees and wiping tears when hearts get hurt. We will be that stable, loving, reliable, comforting, unwavering constant. Our arms and hearts are open. Our family and friends’ arms and hearts are open too. The support system that would surround this child is out of this world. There is never a shortage of love and laughter in this family!

We are thankful for your decision to consider adoption and to consider us as the parents for your child.

Warmly,
Joe and Tommy

About Us

We are Joe and Tommy, and we met online. We have been together since 2011 and were married in 2019. Joe is full of energy, loves helping others, and is always up for an adventure. Tommy is creative, is caring, and enjoys spending time outdoors. Joe was an elementary principal until we started our home-based businesses, which allows us freedom to spend more time together and a flexible schedule to do the things we love. We love spending time outside on our farm with our horses, three dogs, and pot belly pig. We enjoy movie nights on the couch with the pups, entertaining family and friends, and traveling to new places. We look forward to sharing all of these wonderful things as we grow our family.

Our Home & Pets

We live in the farmhouse Joe grew up in on his family farm, which is surrounded by a state park that has a lake, nature trails, canoeing, fishing, swimming, and more outdoor activities. Our town is a family-friendly community with schools that are high achieving and forward thinking. Our community has a lot of family activities, from school carnivals to town celebrations, that we are excited for our family to participate in. We spend our free time working around our farm, with our horse and the baby horses we raise each year. We also love spending time outside with our dogs, Benson the Saint Bernard, and our chihuahuas, Mila and Sophie. And we can’t forget our pot belly pig, Bacon!

Our Extended Family

Family is very important to us. They are our biggest support system and biggest encouragers. We enjoy spending time with our family celebrating birthdays together, gathering for holidays, and relaxing at Tommy’s parents’ lake house.

Joe has two brothers, both of whom live very close to us. His one brother has two teenage daughters, who live right down the road. Joe’s father passed away in 2006, and his mom remarried a few years later. She and her husband live close by and can’t wait to have another grandbaby. Tommy is one of five children, and all live close by. There are 12 nieces and nephews, and they are ready for number 13! Holidays are important and always a fun time to get together with everyone. Tommy’s mom always goes all out for Christmas!

We are excited to carry on our family traditions with our child, from movies and monkey bread on Christmas morning to our grandma’s kolache and chicken noodle casserole, angel food cake, cookies, and tapioca recipes!

What Led Us To Adoption

As we started to have the conversation about growing our family, we knew there were several different options for us. However, as we began to discuss all the different options, we kept coming back to adoption. We want to have the opportunity to not only provide a loving and safe home for a baby but also to create memories and a family together.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
