dear expectant mother
To a Loving Mother:
For those of us who are unable to have biological children, what you are considering providing is a wonderful gift we can only dream of. Choosing us is more than we could ever have asked for, so we pray not only for your baby but you as well. If you bless us with this gift, we want to get to know you at any level you’re comfortable with so information shared will allow us to raise your baby to be happy and healthy. This process will be emotional for both sides, but please know we love you for considering this tough decision that could bring such joy into our lives.
While it’s a difficult decision you’re considering, know that if you choose us, your baby will grow up in a loving home and will know about their biological family. As your baby grows, we will be happy to send you pictures or videos showing how well the baby is doing, if you’d like us to. We hope to provide your baby a place to grow, learn, and experience life to the fullest. While this decision is hard, please know we’re overjoyed to have this opportunity to know you and care for your baby. We are profoundly grateful you’ve taken the time to get to know us and hope we can get to know you. We would be honored to welcome your baby into our home.
Warmest regards,
Larry and Jessica
About Us
We are Larry and Jessica, and we met through a dating website. While talking, we discovered we had mutual friends. It turned out we had been at two of our friends’ weddings before we met online. Larry works in information technology, and Jessica works with nonprofits; we have both found jobs we enjoy as well as people we enjoy working with. A sense of fun and focus on family is at the core of our relationship. Family is very important to us, so we try to spend as much time with them as we can. We “glamp” with family several times throughout the year and enjoy multiple outdoor activities. Travel and experiencing new environments is always enjoyed, which has led us to several places in Europe. We hope to go back for new adventures with our family.
Our Home & Pets
Our house is in a beautiful part of the country known as the Ozarks. The area provides us many opportunities to be outdoors and spend quality time with our families. Our house is right in the heart of our city but surrounded by acres of land, and a park across the street provides plenty of activities. The local school district supports sports and the arts equally, so we feel that our child will get a well-rounded education. We have two cats, Hermione and Molly, as well as Mindy, our dog, and they love it when the “tiny humans” of our family and friends come to visit.
Our Extended Family
While Larry has two sisters and Jessica is an only child, we both grew up surrounded by family. Jessica is a cousin of six, and Larry is a cousin of five. Both of us have lost a parent, but our remaining parents live within two miles and are constantly coming by. While his sisters don’t live as close, we do see them quite often, and technology like FaceTime helps us stay connected.
Jessica’s family grew up volunteering, which is where her work with nonprofits comes from. She also grew up camping in RVs, while Larry preferred tents, but we found a compromise; Larry affectionately calls it “glamping” and does enjoy a bed versus a sleeping bag at night. Our family has a great tradition of making homemade spaghetti sauce each December; we roll the meatballs by hand then share it with our family and friends. Needless to say, our families are a big part of our lives, and we wouldn’t change that for the world.
What Led Us To Adoption
We struggled to have a baby naturally due to Jessica’s health issues, so a friend who has adopted recommended growing our family through adoption. They now have three children but are planning to adopt or foster more children. While Jessica is an only child, Larry has two sisters with kids. This would be our first child, and the baby would get to grow up with some great cousins. We look forward to all the “firsts” that come with having a child and are grateful for the opportunity to bring a child into our lives.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
