dear expectant mother

Thank you for taking the time and consideration to learn more about me. I can only imagine the emotions you’re feeling right now. Your strength and courage inspire me.

I have spent a great deal of time trying to find the right words to say to you. The strength you have is admirable. I would be honored to even be considered as a potential mother for your child. After reading my profile, I hope you know and feel that your child would be provided for, loved and given every oppurtunities life has to offer. If you choose me as the adoptive parent for your precious child, he or she would be the most important person in my life.

I hope throughout my profile you learned that I value family, friends, faith, and education. I have a very loving and supportive family and group of friends. We will all create a great atmosphere for your child to grow up in. He or she will be very loved by all. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself and my loving family to you.

About Me

My name is Dawn. I graduated from Johnson and Wales with a bachelor’s degree in business management. I am currently an employee specialist supporting adults with challenges. They work in the community to be successful in the work environment. About ten years ago a friend referred me to one of our local country dancing clubs. I work there part-time as a DJ and an instructor. This is my fun job and I get to travel! Other interests of mine are bowling, going to the movies and plays. I go to various sports games like hockey, football, and baseball. Living near the water has given me an opportunity to go to camping to learn how to sail and swim, which I enjoy greatly. I began roller-skating at the age of three and continued to compete until I went to college. I would very much like to introduce your child to skating and other sports and activities they would enjoy. These are the things that shaped my life and made me who I am today.

My Home & Pets

My home is a large beautiful, split level house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with a large yard. I am blessed to live in my childhood home. I have 6 goats and 28 chickens in the barnyard. I would love to introduce a child to raising these wonderful animals, it would be a great opportunity to teach responsibility and love for all things. I have so many memories in my house and I’m very much looking forward to creating more memories with a child. I would love to provide the same opportunities to a child that I was blessed with, such as summer camp and a private school education.

My Extended Family

My parents have been married for 46 years and live close by in what was my grandparents home that they remodeled. They can’t wait to become grandparents to play, spoil and babysit while I’m at work. My oldest brother lives with his wife on a farm in Tennessee. Visiting their farm will be a great adventure for a child. We regularly visit to spend time together and enjoy the farm animals. At the age of three, my whole family, grandparents, parents, aunt, and my brother roller skated competitively all over the country. I would love to raise a child in this environment because it creates so many friends, great opportunities, memories and life skills.
I know an adopted child will grow up with lots of love from all members of our family. I know this is a very difficult decision, but I would like to thank you for even considering my loving family.

What Led Me To Adoption

I always knew I wanted to be a mother. I decided it was time to start expanding my family when I became secure in my career, home life, and finances. I knew then what my path to parenthood was meant to be. I have a cousin who adopted two beautiful children. This opened my eyes and heart to adoption. I saw their loving home and how her family grew through this process. After talking with her I couldn’t wait to start on the path to adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
