dear expectant mother
Adoption has held a special place in our hearts for many years. We are filled with joy that you are learning about us and hopefully considering us in your adoption plan. We admire your strength in your consideration and are humbled by the opportunity. We would be so honored to share our life, love, and home with your child.
As parents, we are privileged to be protectors and nurturers for our children and will extend these responsibilities to your baby as well, should you choose us. We will raise your baby to be kind, genuine, and responsible. We will teach your child to love and serve others, always being an example of goodness. We strive to develop a curiosity in our children so they can seize every opportunity to learn and grow. Both spiritual and secular education are very important to us, and we will do all we can to encourage and pave the way for educational opportunities in the future. We want you to know your child's future is bright.
Your baby will be welcomed into our family by two brothers who are ready to shower them with sibling affection. We are optimistic as we envision our future as a family. We look forward to adventures big and small: trips to the local zoo and aquarium, exploring on a nature walk, and cozy family nights at home. We are elated to welcome a new baby and begin making these lifelong memories.
We met at a college game night, and after teaming up for a victory, we have talked to each other every day since! We were married in 2014 and have two little boys. Aurora is caring and genuine in her connections with others. She enjoys hands-on DIY projects, reading a good book, and working out. Nathan is kind and funny and can often be found playing the piano. During the day, Aurora works as a structural engineer, and Nathan works full time at home as a software engineer. We enjoy laughing together, lounging by the TV after a busy day, and exploring the adventures and attractions of sunny California on the weekends. We like to go on a family walk every night. Over the years, we have built a relationship and life we love, and we are looking forward to growing our family through adoption.
Our Home & Pets
Our home is located in a beautiful, family-oriented neighborhood and highly esteemed school district. We have met many of our neighbors while out on our family walks each evening. We are within walking distance of the local library as well as several parks and playgrounds. Our favorite part about where we live is the close proximity to adventure! We are just a few hours from several national and state parks and the California coast. We love that we can make spontaneous day trips or plan longer camping/hiking trips. We have an open floor plan with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a grassy backyard for the little ones to run around in. We cannot wait to raise your baby with an appreciation of the world’s beauty!
Our Extended Family
We both come from large families and love to see them whenever we can. Two of Nate’s sisters live nearby, so we get to see them often. It is so special to watch the cousins play together and develop lifelong bonds. Aurora’s family resides in the Midwest, so we plan longer visits around Christmastime. Even though part of the family is far away, our boys love to video call them to stay connected. Our family has such an unconditional love and support for one another. They are very excited for another family member!
As we have grown our family, we have been so excited to honor existing and create new traditions! We cannot wait to raise your child with these traditions and continue creating new ones as our little ones grow older. Traditions can be as simple as having a favorite “daddy song” to dance around to in the living room or as sentimental as our annual personalized ornaments. Our favorite tradition is to ride the 100-plus-year-old Holiday Steam Train through the Redwoods to the top of the mountain for warm apple cider. Time with family is everything to us, and we cannot wait to incorporate your child into our family traditions.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption first became a thought while we were in the midst of our infertility journey with our first son. Even though we were eventually able to successfully get pregnant, adoption has always clung to our hearts. We know it is part of our family’s plan to grow through adoption, and we are so excited to bring another beautiful baby into our home to hug and love! We have both witnessed how adoption has blessed the lives of a number of our friends. Furthermore, Aurora grew up in a blended family and has always experienced how love extends beyond the bounds of biological connection. We look forward to those same blessings as we grow our family through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
