Thank you for taking the time to read this letter! I am very grateful for the opportunity for us to get to know each other. Let me start off by saying I think you are incredibly strong and dedicated to make the best decision for you. I applaud your decision to consider adoption. I feel as if I have been called by God to adopt a baby. After a great deal of prayer, I know there is a baby out there that is perfectly meant to join my small family.
I think my greatest responsibility as a parent is that my son Alex, and any other children I am fortunate to have, has a relationship with God and knows they are loved unconditionally. Faith and family are extremely important to me. I am thoroughly dedicated to ensuring the children I care for are well rounded, experience new things, and have the best education possible. Having nine years of experience as a classroom teacher, I am confident I am able to provide an excellent education.
You’re looking for a wonderful home that feels safe and filled with love. I’m looking to share my love and life with another child in my family. Perhaps we are looking for each other!
First and foremost, I am passionate about children, God, and being the best me that I can be. I enjoy being with family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants around town. I’m loyal, caring, and love to have fun. My son and I enjoy doing crafts and learning new concepts. I’ve been a teacher for the past nine years and currently teach at the middle-school level. My schedule is relatively flexible: as with a school schedule, I have summers, spring breaks, all holidays, and many other times of the year off. I use that time to spend quality time with my son and puppy.
My son and I enjoy going to church on Sundays and going to museums and aquariums on Saturdays. We go to movies and circus shows and love a good meal out. We have a simple, yet exciting lifestyle.
My Home & Pets
I live in a small town that is just far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to be able to still do things in the city. Our neighborhood is established with a pool around the corner and a park not too far away. Everyone has a neatly manicured yard and there are community events happening all the time. The community has an abundance of families with small children and we all keep an eye out for our neighbors. Our town is safe and a great place to raise a family.
My seven-month-old puppy is named Angel. She is a lab/pointer mix and has been such a joy to us so far. We love animals, so finally having a puppy of our own is amazing.
My Extended Family
My extended family includes my parents that have been together for 28 years and my siblings. My parents live in Missouri, and that’s where we are during the holidays. I have a sister that is 19 and in college. I also have a brother that is 28. My grandparents and cousins live in Georgia. Here in Texas, I have a very close friend I call my second sister. She and her family are a huge support system for me. My son calls her TeeTee and her kids call me the same.
What Led Me To Adoption
I’ve always known I wanted to have more than one child. I want someone for my son to play with, grow up with, and learn life lessons with. With me being a single parent, I’ve prayed about how this was going to happen. For the past year, I’ve had adoption on my heart. I’ve repeatedly looked into adoption, but never felt the time was right. In August, my pastor did a sermon on Knowing Your Purpose. I remember sitting there in church that day and knowing God was speaking to my heart. I know I am supposed to trust in Him and go forth with adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!Return to Waiting Families
